Be Inspired and Amazed

The IHF’s Events, Experiences and Exhibitions

At the IHF, the Events, Experiences and Exhibitions we curate for our community embody a sense of 'Living Heritage'; culture that is made to be experienced and shared together, which speaks to our sense of collective curiosity. We aim to surround our guests with a sense of wonder and the warm welcome that defines our community.

EVENTS

Our events are diverse, enlightening and celebratory in nature, ranging from academic lectures which shed new light on Iran’s rich history, through to our unforgettable annual Norouz gala. Everyone is welcome to partake, learn and enjoy. Click here for a taste of our events highlights.

EXPERIENCES

The IHF seeks to host experiences that capture the qualities of our unique peoples and places, and welcome our members & their friends to the vibrancy of Iranian culture. They might include a poetry night which reimagines the legendary words of Rumi and Hafez, or a Supper Club which brings people together over delicious Iranian food - because there is no better way to connect than sharing a meal around a table.

EXHIBITIONS

Our exhibitions have historically included partnerships and initiatives with some of the world's leading institutions, such as the British Museum and the V&A museum, which recently presented Epic Iran, a ground-breaking exhibition on ancient, Islamic and contemporary Iran, organised in association with us. The Cyrus Cylinder tour came to 5 major museums across the US including the J. Paul Getty Museum
